I'm passionate about providing trauma informed, LGTBQ+ affirming and culturally sensitive care; particularly to the consensually non-monogamous, sex positive, military and first responder communities. I pride myself in creating a safe, supportive environment where you can feel comfortable discussing the changes you would like to make in your life. I recognize the courage and strength it takes to ask for help making these changes. I enjoy providing individual therapy to adults with a variety of concerns which include but aren't limited to: grief, trauma, life transitions, substance use, HIV, mood and relationship issues.
Based on your individual psychiatric, medical, social and economic conditions, we will collaborate to create an individualized treatment plan to achieve your goals. Interventions include but aren’t limited to: motivational interviewing, stages of change, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and harm reduction.
