(She/Her)

Profile Details

belet dawn (she/her) is enthusiastically living her authentic life. She and Daniel Belum are currently traveling the country in an RV with their puppy dog, hopping from event to event and presenting on topics such as Power Exchange, Sensual Kink, Polyamory, Healing and Sacred Sexuality! She is the co-author of well received books on polyamory (such as The Polyamory Toolkit) and power exchange (Hearts & Collars), as well as her newest book, Rituals from Birth to Earth, which shares rituals, weddings and funerals she’s designed and facilitated over the last 20 years.

Since, 2009, dawn has also co-hosted the Erotic Awakening Podcast, the longest running kink and power exchange podcast on the ‘net!

As a survivor and ultimately a thriver of past trauma, she uses her experiences of the last 20 years of alternative living blended with her healing modalities as a Qadishti Priestess and Reiki Master, to help those in the Kink and Polyamory communities be their best selves.

In recent news, dawn is proud to have celebrated her 21st collaring anniversary with Daniel Belum.

Who will be presenting:

How Survivors Can Thrive in Power Exchange Relationships

Class Description

*this session will be locked 5 minutes after start time*

belet dawn will discuss her experience with recovering from a traumatic past within the dynamics of a power exchange relationship. She will share how power exchange or activities that require you to be vulnerable can create an environment that allows for triggers, and what you can do to lessen the effect of such occurrences. dawn will not only share her experiences with these challenging moments as a follower, she will also provide tips on how to create your own toolbox to help heal within a hierarchical dynamic.

This is from a followers point of view, but i'll also share how Dan, the Leader in our relationship has dealt with my moments.

For the creation of safe space, war stories (details of traumatic events) will not be shared during this workshop.
