Discussion Description
The QTIBIPOC (Queer, Transgender, and/or Intersex and Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color) discussion hour will be a place exclusively for those who identify as QTIBIPOC to connect with other QTIBIPOC attendees of the Thrive 2022 BDSM & Mental Health Conference. The space provides those in this subset of our community a chance to connect to others with shared/similar identities, process and discuss the conference sessions, and make in-community connections. In the first half-hour, facilitator Mxstress will provide a few discussion prompts. The final half-hour will be an informal community space open to discussion, connection, q&a, or breakout rooms to connect in smaller groups with other QTIBIPOC.
Are non-QTIBIPOC welcome to this space? No, this space is exclusively attendees of the Thrive 2022 BDSM & Mental Health Conference who identify as QTIBIPOC

Facilitator Bio
Mxstress is an educational consultant, public speaker, professional dominatrix, and coach with over a decade of facilitation experience. Their work spans disciplines but focuses on the experiences of individuals with historically marginalized or minoritized identities, especially queer, transgender, and gender non-conforming people of color. They use humor, empathy, and honesty to empower all in a shared pursuit of justice, liberation, community, and dismantling systemic oppression.
Drummer Pony is a transgender, queer, autistic leatherman, sadomasochist, ponyboy and all-around deviant with a flair for the extravagant and bizarre. He has been active in the Colorado leather community for almost five years and spends much of his time engaging with the Rocky Mountain Pony Herd. He is an avid writer, artist, and gardener with a background in environmental science and justice.
