How Survivors Can Thrive in Power Exchange Relationships

belet dawn will discuss her experience with recovering from a traumatic past within the dynamics of a power exchange relationship. She will share how power exchange or activities that require you to be vulnerable can create an environment that allows for triggers, and what you can do to lessen the effect of such occurrences. dawn will not only share her experiences with these challenging moments as a follower, she will also provide tips on how to create your own toolbox to help heal within a hierarchical dynamic.

This is from a followers point of view, but i'll also share how Dan, the Leader in our relationship has dealt with my moments.
