Neurodivergent: Before the Diagnosis

This will be a discussion where we will talk about the process prior to receiving diagnosis. We will talk about the pitfalls and difficulties of attempting to get your diagnosis, we will talk about methods of coping prior to having one, and we will talk about the feelings that arose during your diagnosis process. This is not being run by a licensed professional. It is a community discussion where we can come together and discuss what our experiences might have been and maybe help provide some perspective for those who might be going through the process now. Diagnosis is not the end all be all of this but there are people who have found comfort and great relief in receiving and we would like to open a space to discuss these matters and create community support through it.
