Me: Hi, I'm roilie (roy-lee).  I am a genderqueer/non-binary switch living in Southwest Washington.  I have been a part of the BDSM/kink community for almost 20 years and am part of the Portland Leather Alliance (PLA).

Professional info: I am a Licensed Independent Clinicial Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state with a private practice.  I am a volunteer Co-Clinical Director for a non-profit organization providing pro bono counseling services to current and former foster youth, I volunteer as a facilitator for Undoing White Supremacy in Kink Community (UWSINKC), and I am a Board Member for the Portland Leather Alliance (PLA).  I am a long time BDSM practitioner and am interested in having a deeper understanding of myself and my clients in how our neurodiversity can impact our practice within BDSM.
