Fruitpastel (he/they) is a neurodivergent and polyamorous Leatherdyke, switch and organiser in kink, Leather, queer and trans communities. He cares about community service, organising to support people's material needs, and activism in kink. He likes meetings with lots of action points, as well as bars that let people step on bootblacks.

Community service can be extremely fulfilling and extremely frustrating. It's also increasingly necessary to meet our material needs and take care of one another. Marginalised and service-oriented kinksters are often keen to get involved in community work, but it can be hard to identify how much work is too much, recognise what skills you have, or figure out what the right type of work for you is.

This class focuses on identifying when you have skills your community can use – and when you might want to choose not to use those skills. It will also discuss techniques for sustainable organising from a trans, disabled AuDHD perspective.
