Trina Hudson, affectionately known to a chosen few as “Puppy”, is a devoted service pup, little, and active member of the Houston kink community. Her journey is rooted in a deep pride for service, integrity, and the upholding of Leather values. Trina regularly volunteers and presents at kink and Leather conferences both virtually and in person, bringing warmth, education, and accessibility to diverse spaces. She currently serves as part of the leadership tribe for Houston Black Munch (HBM), helping to cultivate connection and representation within the local scene. Most recently, Trina founded Pet Scouts, a new inclusive organization dedicated to supporting human pets through structured play, personal growth, and community engagement.

This class is for community members and fellow pets who want to engage with human pets thoughtfully in kink spaces. We’ll explore how to interact with pets of all species not only puppies or kittens, but dragons, foxes, hybrids, fantasy creatures, and uncommon critters whose identities live outside familiar molds. We’ll discuss how a pet’s body language, species expression, sensory style, neurodivergent processing, autism spectrum traits, and emotional cues shape connection, and how to adapt tone, touch, praise, and attention respectfully. Even if you know someone well outside of their pet space, we’ll examine why familiarity never equals blanket consent, and how to approach each pet as they are in that moment.

Through curiosity, care, and consent, this class invites us to meet pets where they shine most: in authenticity, embodiment, imagination, and shared joy. We’ll hold space for how neurodivergent and autism spectrum experiences can influence a pet’s communication, comfort, and connection within play.
