Class Description
The stigma surrounding neurodivergence is such that individuals who have these conditions are often encouraged to do their best to conform to expected neurotypical thoughts or behavior. Which is a shame! The characteristics and personality traits that come from neurodivergence allows individuals to experience the world in a different way than most others, AND contribute value in ways that aren't often considered. Let's spend some time discussing how to find silver linings for neurodivergent conditions that have previously been met with frustration, embarrassment, or resignation.
