No Really, I Can't: Executive Dysfunction as a D-type

Class Description

What’s a d-type to do when they can’t make the decisions? Or enforce the rules? Or be the authority of themselves, much less a submissive? Simple hacks can only be so useful when you’re suddenly unable to do the thing you want to do most in the world. You’re not lazy. You’re dealing with something that can be all-consuming and detrimental to more than just yourself. In this class we talk about what the paralyzing force of executive dysfunction can do and how we can mitigate its effects in our dynamics and our everyday lives.
