Who will be presenting:

A Little Bit of Everything all of the Time

Class Description

Frenzy,  is a state of altered consciousness that can occur during any part of your BDSM journey. It is a unique and powerful experience that can be both exhilarating and challenging. However, the nature of the BDSM community and its emphasis on exploration and risk-taking can make individuals in the community more vulnerable to experiencing frenzy.

In this class, we will explore the different types of frenzy that may affect individuals in the BDSM community, including sub frenzy and top frenzy. We will discuss the potential causes and risk factors for frenzy, as well as strategies for recognizing and managing frenzied behaviors.

Hope Lythi will draw on their personal experiences and expertise in managing frenzy and the BDSM community to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for discussion and exploration. We will also explore the unique challenges and opportunities that arise when navigating frenzy within a BDSM dynamic, and how to maintain a healthy and consensual BDSM practice.

Whether you are someone who has experienced frenzy in the past, or simply want to learn more about how to support yourself and others within the BDSM community, this class offers a valuable opportunity for growth and learning. So come join us, and let's work together to create a safer and more supportive BDSM community.
