This class will spend time defining what body dysmorphia is, illustrating its impact on individuals' lives and their participation in BDSM activities. We will take time to discuss  the unique challenges it presents, from self-perception to the physical embodiment in our spaces, and discuss actionable strategies for overcoming these hurdles. Whether you're navigating body dysmorphia yourself or supporting someone who is, this class is designed to empower, educate, and foster a more inclusive environment where all bodies are embraced and celebrated.
