With a background in professional leadership, education and communication, they strive to bring clarity, inclusivity and care to every class or demonstration. They are passionate about supporting growth in new and seasoned players alike, encouraging a foundation of authenticity with a healthy mindset.

This class explores BDSM as a pathway into focused, expansive, or trance-like states that many neurodivergent people find stabilizing or clarifying. We’ll look at the nervous system as a source of both sensation and meaning, tracing how intensity, rhythm, power exchange, and deliberate ritual structure can unlock meditative or connective experiences. This class offers practical frameworks for integrating intention, grounding, and self-awareness into BDSM without relying on dogma and focusing instead on the beautifully individual ways our brains work.
