Lindsay (Embodied Poly) is a relationship coach and facilitator exploring intimacy, consent, and the ways power flows through relationships, community, and everyday life. With 15 years of practicing consensual non-monogamy, they bring a grounded, relational approach rooted in reciprocity, agency, and presence.

Fiercely relational and community-minded, Lindsay invites people into greater self-awareness, discernment, and honesty--in the bedroom and beyond--to foster connections that feel more embodied, more intentional, and more alive.

This class invites participants to explore the patterns that shape how we show up in relationships, intimacy, and erotic connection. Together, we’ll look at how triggers, habits, and familiar dynamics influence consent, communication, and the ways we meet ourselves and others.

Through guided reflection, discussion, and optional small exercises, participants will deepen awareness of their own relational patterns and consider how those patterns may support connection, limit it, or ask something new of them. This class welcomes diverse neurotypes and lived experiences, providing trauma-aware, relationally grounded approaches to self-knowledge. Participants are invited into greater discernment, honesty, and curiosity about what emerges in connection, and into experimenting with ways of relating that feel more alive, more intentional, and more aligned.
