Patterns, presence, and power: Exploring self in relationship and intimacy

This class invites participants to explore recurring patterns that shape how we show up in everyday and erotic connections. We’ll notice how triggers, habits, and unexamined dynamics influence consent, intimacy, and relational energy — and how these patterns can either support or hinder being in right relationship with ourselves and others. Through guided reflection, discussion, and optional micro-experiments, participants will cultivate awareness, discernment, and co-created aliveness. This class honors diverse neurotypes and experiences, providing trauma-aware and relationally grounded approaches to self-knowledge. Participants are invited to notice, integrate, and experiment with their own patterns in ways that deepen connection, erotic presence, and alignment with the larger systems we all participate in.
