Nikki A. glaze (she/her/femme), affectionately known as ‘babyglaze,’ is a slayv, babygirl, Leather-being, Black, Queer-Femme, ethically omniamorous relationship anarchist with over a decade of experience in the BDSM, Kink, and Leather communities. Active since 2012 as a practitioner, educator, and presenter, glaze has created online spaces that nationally connect Black and POC practitioners, hosted events, and led workshops that celebrate and affirm alternative lifestyles.
Since 2015, Nikki has hosted munches, play parties, and educational workshops throughout the North and Southeast, fostering community and dialogue around the nuances of these spaces. her workshops and panels focus on creating protected environments where people of all backgrounds can explore and express their identities. Passionate about community-building and lifelong learning, she has attended numerous conferences including LLC, MsG, MsC, SOC, THRIVE, SELF and nurtured ties with a variety of organizations including MAsT Philadelphia, Black Atlanta Munch, and MAsT Thomson. glaze continues to serve as a leader in the Leather community, proudly in service to Southeast LeatherFest (SELF).
