Participants will learn practical ways to support someone who is dissociating, including grounding tools, communication strategies, and how to maintain consent and safety when scenes shift unexpectedly. Whether you're a partner, playmate, or person with dissociative abilities yourself, this class provides clear, kink-aware guidance for recognizing dissociation and responding with confidence and care.

Western kink education tends to treat the nervous system as universal — but bodies shaped by colonization, racism, queerness, neurodivergence, trauma, and spiritual inheritance regulate very differently.
This workshop reframes kink and power exchange through a decolonized nervous system lens, centering QTBIPOC and neurodivergent players whose brains don’t fit white-normed models of communication, consent, or control.
Participants will explore how masking, fawning, RSD, rejection trauma, executive dysfunction, prophetic intuition, sensory needs, and cultural survival strategies uniquely shape dominance, submission, attachment, arousal, repair, vulnerability, and play.

Does gender dysphoria prevent you from interacting with your body how you’d like?

Do you crave connection but struggle to trust that you will be treated in careful, respectful, and affirming ways?

Do you want to learn how to be a better partner for many gender diverse and gender non-conforming people?

In this class, we’ll discuss triggers for and symptoms of gender dysphoria, identify tactics for coping with dysphoria, and learn how dysphoria can help us access new depths of our kinky minds.

We’ll cover how dysphoria can affect behavior, sexuality, and desire, how it interacts with other conditions, and how to manage it.

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of best practices for gender affirming language, vetting new partners, and checking in with yourself and others.

In this welcoming, trauma-informed workshop for THRIVE, we’ll explore how kink can become a playful, mystical pathway for shadow work and intentional healing. Designed for both beginners and experienced kink practitioners, this session looks at how BDSM’s structure, sensation, and archetypes can support the integration of repressed desires, taboo emotions, and hidden parts of the self.

You’ll learn how to weave shadow-work principles into scenes, negotiate with clarity, and use somatic tools for grounding and aftercare. This discussion is for Players who are living with psychosis, mania, paranoia, and delusions.

We will be covering how psychosis can affect Authority Transfer and Power Exchange Dynamics as well as the dynamics in individual scenes. Moody Middle Mayhem takes a trauma-informed look at emotional dysregulation through Middle headspace, embracing the beauty of emotions, deconstructing cultural shame over how neurodivergent brains are wired around emotions, and smashing the idea that these are symptoms.

In this class, I offer a lens of breaking free from a neuronormative culture that stigmatizes emotional dysregulation centered around a mentality that dysregulation is solely unsafe instead of creating an empathy-centered approach that allows for our own processing and understanding of how we function.

Consensual relationships centered on CNC, degradation, humiliation, the intentional imitation of abuse cycles, and similar are all valid ways to express power exchange and kink. Simultaneously, for many of us—including but not limited to those with trauma histories, RSD, and attachment wounds—it can quickly become hard to see the line between "awful but hot” and "quietly destroying me.” Students in this class will learn frameworks for evaluating risk and navigating “dark” power exchange with intention, structured ways to assess relational sustainability, methods for operationalizing desires and boundaries inside intentionally unhealthy-*feeling* dynamics, and how s-types can maintain agency and self-advocate even within an environment of long-term CNC, degradation, or adjacent structures. You'll leave better-equipped to mitigate the risks of living out your (consensual) 24/7 nightmares and with a sense of what it might mean for you personally to thrive within them.
