Consent is more than a single yes or no—it’s an ongoing system of communication, care, and accountability. This class introduces practical, neurodivergent-affirming tools for navigating consent in BDSM and power-exchange dynamics, especially for those who experience anxiety, sensory differences, or non-verbal communication needs. Participants will learn how to build personalized consent systems using structured risk profiling, clear negotiation documents, and adaptable aftercare planning. The class emphasizes clarity over assumptions, offering strategies to reduce ambiguity, support nervous-system regulation, and maintain agency before, during, and after scenes. Designed for both newcomers and experienced practitioners, this session provides concrete frameworks that support safer, more accessible, and more ethical play—within kink spaces and in broader relational contexts.

As co-founder of XII House, DemonaKatatonica focuses on creating grounded, inclusive spaces where queer, trans, and neurodivergent people can explore authority, communication, and embodiment in ways that honor their identities and needs. Their teaching emphasizes clear consent systems, adaptive communication (including non-verbal tools), and intentional relationship design—particularly for those navigating trauma, dysphoria, or neurodivergence.
