Class Description
Most bondage classes will teach you to tie knots or help you gain skills to decorate, suspend, or restrain. This is not that bondage class.
Instead, we'll discuss how rope can be a useful modality to soothe or excite our neurodivergent brains.
Whether it's exploring the desire to follow instructions and get something right, finding ways to ground and self-soothe, or exploring our sensory needs, rope can be used in so many ways. Let's talk about structure, techniques, compression, textures, solo and partnered play, and the ways rope can be an adaptive tool for many of us.
