As a neurospicy, queer mindset coach, I’m here to explore the intersections of sexuality, neurodivergence, and identity, both personally and professionally.

I approach this space through a mindset and therapeutic lens, with a focus on self-awareness, consent, emotional safety, and the impact of lived experience on how we relate to ourselves and others.

My intention is to deepen my understanding, expand my perspective, and integrate what I learn into my work supporting others in navigating their own growth and self-discovery.
