Class Description
I've given consent to not consent, or to consent less to sex, now what? How do I communicate my desires further and keep myself safe as someone who has experienced trauma? How do I keep my mental health a priority when I am 'just a thing'? These are all questions that may permeate the brain space of folks who have determined a dynamic that loosens the boundaries of consent. Become curious to explore that aspect from the framework of traumatic influence on the brain, and body. I'll introduce multiple frameworks of CNC that can be used practically in any relationship that allows choice to enter in.
