Class Description
Eating disorders can deeply affect submission, service, and power dynamics, while power exchange can, in turn, impact body image, control, and emotional regulation. This class explores the two-way relationship: how dysregulated eating, body dysmorphia, and shame show up in kink dynamics, and how thoughtful, consensual power exchange can support healing and structure. Participants will learn negotiation strategies, tools for giving and receiving service safely, and ways to use ritual, protocol, and presence to reduce shame, cultivate agency, and improve embodiment. This session emphasizes care, consent, and mutual respect as central to integrating kink and recovery.
