Class Description
If you’re autistic or AuDHD, you could use some sensory joy in your life- let us show you how to increase that through the powers of Age Play! Sabrina & Kade, two autistic/AuDHD kinky therapists, are going to explain why sensory joy matters, how to determine your unique sensory profile, and how to connect it to Age Play activities. (Special attention will be given to BPD, queer, and trans considerations.) You’ll leave the session feeling ready to explore, with many ideas on how to regulate, and be empowered to harness the therapeutic benefits of Age Play.

Kade (he/they) is a kinky (primarily left of the slash) autistic queer demi aro trans (neuroqueer) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, Child Mental Health Specialist, and Certified Sex Therapist practicing in Washington. He has his PhD in Clinical Sexology through Modern Sex Therapy Institutes and is a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators Counselors and Therapists (AASECT.) He specializes in supporting queer, non-cis autistic and AuDHD clients of all ages and neurodivergent supervisees. Kade & Sabrina co-host the Aces Up Your Sleeve podcast, where they provide their thoughts and suggestions in response to listener questions and topics, highlighting their a-spec and autistic lived experience. Sabrina (she/her) is a fat, Black, kinky (primarily right of the slash), neurodivergent, queer, a-spec, cis Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in North Carolina. Outside of therapy, she provides lived and clinical experience support related to topics including racial justice, neurodivergence, fat liberation, teen mental health, and DBT. She shares her AuDHD and BPD lived experience knowledge to better support these communities and reduce stigma. Kade & Sabrina co-host the Aces Up Your Sleeve podcast, where they provide their thoughts and insights in response to listener questions and topics, highlighting their a-spec and autistic lived experience.
